A historic house, declared a Site of Cultural Interest (BIC), located in the heart of La Orotava, just a few steps from the town hall. It was built in 1580 and was acquired in 1857 by the current heirs´ family. The house consists of two U-shaped floors, a large central courtyard with a basalt stone floor, and a spacious garden at the rear with a tool shed and a wine cellar that requires renovation. The roof is hipped, and the wood, which is present throughout the house in the doors, staircases, railings, floors, and ceilings of the rooms, is from Tea wood. The rooms on both floors measure approximately 25 square meters each. Of note is a viewing point, which is accessed from a room on the second floor via a spiral staircase made from a single piece of wood.
